We’re hosting our first-ever My Future Care Open Forum on Friday, 21st March 2025 from 1pm-2pm, online.
Join us to hear from organisations already using the My Future Care Handbook to support their members / clients make plans for later life, future care and end-of-life. This forum is the perfect opportunity to learn how they are going about it, ask questions, and connect with like-minded people who understand the importance of encouraging people to plan for the future. Our partners include carer, dementia and cancer support groups, town sheds, community organisations, social prescribers, end-of-life doulas and more.
